ParCC v1.4: Parameter Converter and Calculator for Health Economic Evaluation

ParCC v1.4 is a browser-based R Shiny application developed by the Regional Resource Centre for Health Technology Assessment (HTA), All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bhopal, India. The tool supports parameter conversion, calculation, and documentation for health economic evaluation, allowing researchers to convert rates, probabilities, odds, hazard ratios, and other key parameters while providing the underlying formulae for transparency. It also includes a PPP Currency Converter covering 30 countries with WHO-CHOICE WTP thresholds and an auditable Lab Notebook that records calculations, formulae, and references and can be exported as an HTML report. Accessible directly through a web browser with no installation required, ParCC is particularly useful for evidence synthesis, model parameterisation, and preparing transparent, reproducible documentation for HTA submissions, especially in LMIC settings.
